History
The Caffè Maya Como artisan roasting was born in 1979, at the behest of the progenitor of the Fam. Rimoldi, Mr. Bruno, connoisseur of the world of coffee.
With great intuition and entrepreneurial spirit he began his business in a small restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Como, where every morning, walking through the streets of the center, you could savor the aroma of freshly roasted coffee.
Over the years, new points of sale are opened, to create a greater diffusion of the Mayan coffee culture.

Mr. Bruno Rimoldi shapes his own dream
1985
The Caffè Maya Artisan Roasting is located in a small laboratory in the heart of the historic city of Como in via independence for the exclusive use of the points of sale.
1990
It expands and moves to via XX Settembre, under the guidance of the man who later proved to be a great lover of coffee in all its forms, as well as a real artist of taste: Dario Rimoldi.
1997
It moves to the current warehouse in via Elena Casati 10, updating its machinery, in order to guarantee constant production progress.
