The Caffè Maya Como roasting was founded in 1979 by the will of the founder of the Fam. Rimoldi, Mr. Bruno, a connoisseur of the world of coffee.

With great intuition and entrepreneurial spirit he began his own business in a small restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Como , where every morning, walking through the streets of the center, you could savor the aroma of freshly roasted coffee.

Over the years, new points of sale were opened in the center, favoring a greater diffusion of the Maya coffee culture.<br>
To always maintain the ancient values of the past, high quality and freshness of the product, we base our work on a constant search for the best raw material that we work exclusively in an artisanal way with rotary drum roasters.<br>
The blends are wisely roasted, with the evident imprint of the traditional culture in the world of coffee of the Rimoldi family who have guided the company with great passion and professionalism until today.

Production

We currently produce four qualities of blends to satisfy all the palates of our customers but we also produce customized blends for our most demanding customers.

Roasting and Quality

The selection of the sieve and the roasting with the classic rotating drum method will inevitably project you to savor the history of coffee.

From 1983 to 1990, Caffè Maya shapes its Bars and Restaurants around its own Philosophy

The coffee shops are located in the historic center of Como and although they belong to the same property, they were built on the basis of very different projects, creating unique environments, very characterized by design, materials and lights, but trying to preserve the atmosphere of the ancient historic cafes in the city center.

The Caffè Maya Como Roasting was born thanks to the love and passion for coffee.
