We ship all our items with national and international couriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world! You can have a preview of the expenses in the cart. By selecting the delivery country you can automatically calculate the shipping costs for your order. If your country is not listed please contact us, we will let you know the value of the shipping costs for your order.

Are online payments safe?
Paying through PayPal is the safest online. Payments by credit card and Paypal account are made through the Paypal platform, therefore the details of the credit card and Paypal account are not stored in our system.

How do I place the order?
Choose your favorite products, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout. You can do this as a guest user or as a registered user.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
If for some unforeseen reason you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
In case your order has not yet been shipped, we will be more than happy to help you make the necessary changes. However, if your package has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel or change your order.
Do I have to be registered to place an order?
No, you can do it as a guest user or as a registered user.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, visit the user page and enter your order ID (included in the order confirmation email).
How can I return my order?
The first step in any return or exchange is to contact us as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to email@example.com including:
- Order number
- Reference or name of the product you want to return or exchange
- Reason for returning the product
We will contact you to help you and guide you through the return process.
